The Classes
Classes will be one and a quarter hours long
Modifications are offered to suit the individual in group classes.
Do tell the teacher about any injuries, operations, or anything that might affect your yoga practice.
Private and 1-2-1 classes are available by arrangement. Please make contact to discuss your requirements.
What to wear, bring and do
Wear stretchy comfortable clothes. You can wear the sort of clothes you might wear to the gym. Or you can buy clothes that are specially designed for yoga. It's good to wear a top that won't ride up when you stretch or bend.
Yoga is always practised in bare feet. You can wear socks during the warm up/loosen up and the relaxation time at the end.
If you have a yoga mat, please do bring it.
Bring water for before and after the class.
Eat lightly before the practice - a piece of fruit or a yoghurt is good about one hour before.
